Cancellation Policy
Cancel or move free up to 48 hours before your appointment, otherwise you will be charged 30% of the service price for late cancellation or 50% for not showing up.
Any appointments cancelled within an hour or missed will be charged 50% of the service price.
If you are late to your appointment it may not be possible to carry out the service booked, if an alternative isn’t possible due to the time remaining the appointment will be classed as missed.

Securing Your Appointment
When you book an appointment whether it is via the booking app, social media messaging, email, phone or in person you will be required to pay a 30% deposit, you may receive a link via text message when booking over the phone this is to secure your booking.
To secure a booking you simply enter your card details and accept the cancellation policy.
Please note - Should your appointment be cancelled late or missed this card will be charged in line with the cancellation policy.

Patch Testing
A patch test MUST be completed at least 48h before lash, brow tinting and Dermaquest resurfacer appointments.
In the unlikely event of a reaction firstly seek medical advice from a GP or pharmacist, never attempt to treat it yourself. Then you must contact us.
Unfortunately failure to complete a patch test will result in treatment cancellation. Please refer to cancellation policy for more information.
If the treatment has been performed at a different establishment a new patch test must still be completed. All patch tests are valid for 6 months.

Age Requirements
All clients under the age of 16 will need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian and a parental consent form must be completed prior to treatment.
Hollywood Waxing, Brazillian Waxing and Dermaquest Resurfacers are not available to any clients under the age of 18.

Accompanying Children
Unfortunately due to the nature of the business children under the age of 10 are not to accompany clients for their appointments. The salon insurance does not cover children in the salon, should your child misbehave in the salon your appointment may be stopped immediately.

Dermaquest Resurfacers
A full consultation must be completed prior to booking and you MUST commit to an at home skin preparation programme before the first treatment starts.
Aftercare is given after your appointment, it is imperative you follow the advice as failure to do so could result in permanent skin damage.
please note this does not apply to dermaquest “sweet” treatments

Returns
We hope you never have any problems with your products but should you be unhappy with your purchase please contact us straight away.
Photographs of the fault must be provided or you can bring the product back.
Unfortunately any products returned after 14 days will not be eligible for a refund.
Only faulty items will be refunded, unopened items may be exchanged.

Treatment Corrections
Any issues with treatments must be reported within 48 hours and photos provided (where appropriate).
Nail repairs over 48 hours are chargeable. Any damage caused by improper care of failure to follow aftercare will be a chargeable repair.
In the unlikely event your treatment will need to be revised you will be offered the next available appointment. A maximum of 3 appointments will be offered.
No refunds will be issued unless the issue has been reported within the 48 hour window and we have been given the opportunity to resolve the matter.
